As a reminder, in September 2005, the CME Weather team restructured the seasonal contracts to offer more flexibility in trading CME Weather contracts in multiple months.  Previously, weather contracts offered fixed five-month trading contracts for all weather cities.  Due to customer demand, we now offer seasonal strips that can be customized to a trader’s needs.  Now a seasonal strip can cover from a two-month to a seven month period.
